Poultry with Chutney

Lingonberries are a delicious accompaniment with all sorts of poultry, not to forget turkey.
Serve them directly from the jar or try this chutney.

Lingonberry Chutney
(4 servings)

1/4 cup sugar
1 medium red onion, cut into 8 wedges
1/2 cup + 2 tbsp Felix Lingonberries
1/4 cup black currant jelly
1 tbsp red wine vinegar
1 tbsp chopped fresh rosemary

In a heavy saucepan melt sugar.
Stir in remaining ingredients, bring to a boil and continue stirring, 15 minutes. Serve at room temperature or chilled, with turkey, pork or game.
